Four Week Childbirth Education
Instructor: Emily Shannon
Childbirth education classes involve the basics of childbirth, including signs and stages of labor, coping techniques from natural pain management to epidurals and analgesics, and interventions such as cesarean sections. Emily is an ICEA trained instructor and believes families can be empowered to make the informed decisions that are right for them through knowledge of the process of childbirth and the options available to them.
